We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: A rolling monthly payment, billed every calendar month.
  • Annual Subscription: A rolling annual payment, billed once per year.

Both plans will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 2.

  • Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until you cancel.
  • To cancel, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
  • Cancellations can be made by emailing support@company.com or via your account settings (if available).
  • Each subscription grants access to one (1) individual user only.

  • If login sharing is detected, your subscription will be declared void with immediate effect and terminated without refund.

  • Users found in breach of this rule may also be excluded from making future purchases.

  • All subscription fees must be paid in advance on the billing date.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if payment is not received.

  • Prices include VAT (where applicable).

  • No refunds will be given for partial use, unused time, or early cancellation of a monthly or annual subscription.

  • Refunds may be issued if the Services are unavailable or fail to meet the description under UK consumer law.

  • Cancel within the statutory cooling-off period (14 days for digital services, unless accessed/used before cancellation).

  • Receive services with reasonable care and skill.

  • Seek remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if services are not as described.

To protect the integrity of our Services, you agree to use your subscription reasonably and in good faith. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Services in a way that breaches applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Services without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of this Fair Use policy.

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

    • Any damages exceeding the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes in advance, and continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
